Crofta Cottage is a traditional style cosy holiday cottage on 2 floors.

The ground floor is split level with a large lounge on the upper level. This room has steep, narrow, open tread stairs leading upstairs to the 3 bedrooms and family bathroom. The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas and a TV with Sky, and a DVD player. The cottage has Wifi internet access. The front door from the lounge opens out directly onto the road.

Three steps lead down from the lounge to a lower level large combined kitchen/diner. Patio doors lead out from the diner to an enclosed rear garden and patio.

The kitchen is modern with a ceramic hob and electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and tumble drier.

The dining table can seat 6 people.

The rear garden is enclosed and consists of a small lawn and patio. There is a barbecue, patio furniture, a compost bin, and an external shower.

The cottage has oil central heating, and there is also an open fire in the lounge. We include a welcome pack of fuel for the open fire.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms and a separate family bathroom. The main bedroom is a family bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a small ensuite shower, basin and WC. The second bedroom has a double bed. A third bedroom has a small double bed with restricted headroom and limited storage.

The family bathroom on the first floor has a bath, shower and WC.

There is no parking at the cottage. You can find a public car park about 100m towards the centre of the village.

Pets are welcome.

Please note that Smoking is not allowed in the cottage.
